SRP Donation Tracking Workbook
If you directly request donations from area businesses for summer reading (or other fundraising drives), this will help your team keep track of who requested what and when.
Conditional formatting causes the rows to change colors depending on the stage of the donation process.
White background, black text: No contact has been made yet. (Oonagh's Arcade)
Light gray background, black text: Request has been made, but no response. (Main Street Cafe)
Green background, black text: A donation has been received, but no thank you or acknowledgment has been sent yet. (Santiago's Brazilian Kitchen)
Dark background, white text: A donation has been requested and received and a thank you or acknowledgment has been sent. (Town Chamber of Commerce)
You can duplicate each sheet for different fundraising drives and change the label.
